Short answer: for a Spanish fashion brand, the best 3PL is the one that never gets the size or colour wrong at peak time, gets garments back into stock within a few days and can serve the webshop, marketplaces and physical or multi-brand stores at the same time. The providers most often compared in Spain are Bolian, Logisfashion, Amphora Logistics, Bigblue, ShipBob, byrd and Celeritas.
If you are a Spanish digital brand selling mainly in Spain and Europe, with frequent returns and some sales to stores, Bolian is a particularly good fit. If you are a large brand with a store network and need a lot of services on garments, Logisfashion is the sector benchmark. If you want stock in several European countries, Bigblue or byrd.

What makes fashion logistics different?
- Many variants per product. A shirt in five sizes and four colours is twenty SKUs. Picking must validate every variant to avoid the sector’s most expensive mistake: shipping the wrong size.
- High return rates. In online fashion, returns are part of the business model. What matters is how long it takes for a returned garment to be available for sale again.
- Very sharp peaks. Sales, Black Friday, launches and collaborations pack into days what other sectors spread over months.
- Constantly changing collections. New-season arrivals, outlet clearances and constant replenishment.
- Several channels. Webshop, marketplaces such as Zalando or Amazon, own stores and multi-brand stores, each with its own way of preparing orders.
- Brand experience. Packaging, cards and unboxing are part of the product.
Which questions decide the shortlist?
- How does it validate size and colour during picking? Scanning every unit, on-screen guidance, double checks.
- How long does a return take to get back into stock? And which criteria it applies (tags, odour, stains, packaging).
- How does it prepare for peaks? Ask for data from the last Black Friday or the January sales.
- Does it prepare orders for stores? Cartons per store, labelling and retail paperwork.
- Where is the warehouse? Close to most of your customers and your returns.
- What services does it carry out on garments? Relabelling, ironing, hanging, kits or personalisation.
Which 3PLs are compared for fashion in Spain?
1. Bolian Logistics
Bolian, part of Grupo Akoma (Barcelona), has a fulfillment for fashion and textile brands service focused on three problems: size and colour errors (guided picking flow), reliable stock during campaigns, and returns built into the operation, which are processed, checked and put back into inventory. From the same warehouse it prepares online orders and carton or pallet orders for stores and distributors, with 24-48 hour delivery on the Spanish mainland and shipping to the EU and the UK. It integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Amazon and Miravia.
Best fit if… you are a Spanish digital brand shipping from around 500 orders a month, selling mainly in Spain and Europe and combining your webshop with marketplaces or stores.
2. Logisfashion
Logisfashion was founded in 1996 for the Spanish textile and fashion sector. According to its website, it offers storage with containers for folded and hanging garments, its Logiscore WMS, preparation for collections, replenishment and returns, and a wide range of value-added services: relabelling, ironing and hanging, security tagging, and personalisation through printing, engraving or embroidery. It has sites in Spain (Guadalajara, Toledo, Barcelona and Girona), Latin America and China, with customs warehouses.

Best fit if… you are a digitally native fashion brand that values software and want a provider with many case studies in your segment, or with hubs in Italy and the United States.
4. Bigblue
Bigblue works with fashion and accessories brands from nine centres in France, the UK, Spain and Germany. It highlights returns with exchanges, store credit or refunds, delivery dates on product pages and B2B order management for retailers and wholesalers. It names Scuffers among its clients.

How do returns affect the choice of 3PL?
In fashion, the real cost of a return is not just the shipping back: it is the time the garment is unavailable for sale. A return that takes two weeks to get back into stock in the middle of the season is a lost sale. Ask the provider for the average time from the parcel arriving to the garment being on sale again, its inspection criteria and what evidence it sends you.
Where the warehouse is also matters. If most of your customers are in Spain, a return travelling back to a warehouse in central Europe takes longer and costs more than one going back to a warehouse on the Spanish mainland. For brands selling in several countries, some providers offer to collect returns in each country and consolidate them; ask how each one does it and how long it takes for the garment to be available again.
Bolian describes its process on its reverse logistics and returns page, and we go into more detail in how to manage returns without losing margin.
What should you ask before signing with a fashion 3PL?
- Measured picking error rate and how size and colour are validated.
- Time for returns to get back into stock, and inspection criteria in writing.
- Data from the last peak (Black Friday or sales): orders per day and dispatch times.
- How it prepares orders for stores and fashion marketplaces.
- Services on garments that it carries out in its own warehouse.
- Branded packaging and cards: who stores them and how they are replenished.
- Delivery times by zone, including the islands and Europe.
- A visit to the warehouse and exit terms.

Frequently asked questions
What is a fashion 3PL?
It is a logistics provider that stores and ships the orders of a clothing or accessories brand, with processes adapted to sizes and colours, frequent returns and seasonal peaks.
Which is the best 3PL for a Spanish fashion brand?
It depends on size and channels. For a digital brand selling mainly in Spain and Europe, Bolian is a particularly good fit. For a large brand with stores and services on garments, Logisfashion. For several European warehouses, Bigblue or byrd.
How long should a return take to get back into stock?
The sensible approach is to ask for a specific time in writing and measure it. In season, every day a garment is out of stock can be a lost sale.
Can the same 3PL serve the webshop and the stores?
Yes, if it runs B2C and B2B from the same inventory. Ask for an example of how it prepares cartons per store and what paperwork it generates.
Do I need a warehouse in every European country?
Not at first. From Spain you can reach France and Portugal in 24-48 hours and Italy and Germany in 48-72 hours, according to the lead times Bolian publishes. A second warehouse pays off when one country weighs heavily in your sales.
How do I prepare my brand for Black Friday with a 3PL?
Share your forecast early, bring forward stock receipt, finalise your promotions catalogue and agree the cut-off time and dispatch times during the peak.
